Real Estate Sales Associate
We are hiring licensed Real Estate agents with 3 to 5 years of Commercial Real Estate experience who are self-motivated, have good communication skills, problem solving abilities and want to become part of a growing team. We are looking for a determined sales associate who is committed to prospect and create their own opportunities.
Responsibilities:

Building client relationships

Helping owners with suggestions that make their properties more marketable

Creating marketing plans for specific properties

Showing listings for lease, sale and investment to prospective tenants and buyers

Obtaining exclusive listings to show to prospective clients

Pricing properties for lease or sale based on location and current valuations

Following up with existing clients needs for renewals and expansions
Assistant Property Manager
We are looking for a person with a knowledge of Commercial Real Estate property management to locate small to mid-sized commercial properties needing management services. Good communication skills and self-motivation are a must.
Assistant manager will also work with Property Manager in all phases of servicing the properties we manage including but not limited to::

Arranging for alterations and maintenance

Hiring and supervising contractors and vendors

Obtaining bids and negotiating service contracts

Conducting site visitations and tenant interaction

Working with our Real Estate Team: Accounting Department, administrator and sales associates
