Sales Associate Education:
Graduate of Syracuse University. Louise has a Masters degree
from Queens College. Louise has taken various real estate
certification courses during her past 25 years in the industry. |

Louise has been in the real estate business since
1983. She spent many years in the residential field before joining her
husband, Jerry at LB Commercial Realty. Louise and her team of Gladys
Carullo and Uma Reddy are in charge of the administration and day to day
operations that are so essential to a smooth running and efficient
organization. As lease co-coordinator, Louise tracks hundreds of
transactions so that both landlord and tenant are informed of expiration
and notification dates. Louise assists our tenants with their paperwork
insuring that renewals, options and expansions are properly documented
to the benefit of property owners and their tenants. This service also
enables us to notify property owners of their tenant choosing to vacate
a leased space. We then can begin our marketing campaign to secure a new
tenant an early as possible. In Addition, we can assist the vacating
tenant to achieve their goals whether it’s to purchase or expand, etc.
Louise is a graduate of Syracuse University. In addition, Louise has a
Masters degree from Queens College. Louise has taken various real estate
certification courses during her past 25 years in the industry. She has
been honored with achievement awards from her real estate
accomplishments throughout her real estate career. Louise and
husband Jerry Boyarsky are avid sailors and spend many enjoyable days cruising Long
Island Sound as well as the New England Coast through Block Island, and
further. In addition, Louise and Jerry will kayak and scuba dive. They
recently visited Belize and spent 1 week cruising and diving on one of
our Catamarans were they are TradeWinds Cruise Club members. |
