LB Commercial Realty LLC specializes in the sale, leasing, and management of commercial and industrial properties located in the northeast quadrant of Bergen County. Founded in 1993 in Closter, NJ, LB Commercial Realty LLC has served many NJ corporations, both large and small, and is the only commercial real estate brokerage firm located within this market area. By employing highly qualified and experienced personnel, as well as utilizing state-of-the-art data and technology, we have achieved much success enabling our commercial real estate company to move to a larger facility back in 1998.
By working as a team we are able to offer superior service to property owners, buyers, and prospective tenants. We specialize in a very defined geographic area leading to a deep knowledge of all categories of commercial property in our territory. LB Commercial Realty LLC has an established flow of inquiries and activities resulting from advertising and signage on each of our exclusive listings within this market area.
